Dr. Donald M. Minshew
Don Minshew joined Gulf Stream Baptist Association in February 2014 after almost 10 years as pastor of Wellborn Baptist Church in northern Florida. Dr. Minshew is a graduate of the University of Memphis and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div. and D.Min.,Missiology). Along with his late wife, Carol Peyton Minshew, Dr. Minshew was an international representative through the Southern Baptist International Mission Board from 1990-2004. During this phase of ministry, Dr. Minshew served in Portugal, Angola, Kenya and Namibia in a variety of roles including church developer, seminary professor, academic dean and strategist for reaching the vaNgangela peoples of Angola, Zambia and Namibia. He also planted the Lake Forest Baptist Church (now called "The Church at Lake Forest") in Walls, Mississippi prior to his time on the mission field. On October 7, 2014, Dr. Minshew married again. He and his wife, Gina, reside in Plantation. They share 4 sons and three grandchildren. Don loves to play golf (perhaps, play at golf would be a more accurate description). He recently joined the Nova Singers and actively participates with this group. (http://www.nova.edu/novasingers/). He is also contributes to the Plantation community as the scholastic chess coach through the Plantation Chess Club at the Helen B. Hoffman library.
Dr. Zeronie Grant
Dr. Grant holds a Ph.D. from Lincoln University in the area of Executive Consultation and a Masters in Corporate Management. She has specialized in social ministries both on the government and non-profit sides of the equation. Zeronie came to Gulfstream in 2012. Dr. Grant is currently our primary administrative assistant.
